how long to harvest

The timeing was way off on this plant. at 8" I started 12/12 to pull males. 12/12 went 3 days and found most of the males. went back to 24 hr light. After two weeks this gal was still budding. went back to 12/12. the plant is now the size I wanted to start the 12/12. Smoe of the hairs are turning amber but new white hairs are still growing. the top bud looks like the seed pods are swelling. So how much longer should this go?

so is this plant so bad nobody wants to comment or what?

She looks great, at least an other two week I would say.
