How many lights/plants in a 12x15 room? Setup ideas?

I currently got a new place and looking for some ideas to go along with my setup.
I have enough lights to do a whole house but im limited to power. over 93 KWH will cause attention.
I have 1 12inch max fan and + filter. 1700cfm
1 6 inch", 1 4" inch inlines
I have two cruise temp cooling and heating controllers
1 rheostat and 1 temp/humidity greenair controller.
1 oil heater. I was going to put that on one of the heating/cooling controllers set to 20c. 1 dehum set to 65. i like to keep my greenair controller thermostat off and only use the humidistat set to 70 so it turns on when the dehum cant control the night cycles air. I do that to keep the heat in from both the heater and dehum at night.
The room is polyed off and would like to hear some ideas on how you would set it up, how many lights, plants and how you would place everything.
the door is on the bottom left corner lenght wise. and the cellings are 8'
I currently only use Coniosser,bud candy, monster bloom and vitamax halfstrenth for B vitamins. Bud candy contains B vitamins aswell. Everything is done in sunshine mix4 and 2 gallons. Purple Kush is the strain. Best anwser gets pictures

Will you veg and flower here or split this room into a veg and flower area or do you have a veg area already somewhere else?

Veg and flower. I veg pk for 15-20 days 24/7 and do 20 a light.
I was thinking of doing a two week veg and doing 25-30 a light
