How many lights??

hi guys sorry but yet another question how many lights would people recommend over 10 plants?would two be enough? any advice appreciated thanks

i have not much experience with hps ect. but from what i have read people say 1 light 4/5 plants, but if you have enough space/money and temperature is not a issue then i say if you can get 3 just to make sure, or you can use 2 save yourself a bit of money and throw a couple of cfls round the sides just for good measure, hope this helps and any more questions i will do my best to answer them.

Veg time will definitely be a factor here...you can do one or many in the case of a sea of green setup.

sea of green is very good for keeping low key, one comes out, one goes in, always a option

you are not gonna want to grow 10 plants with CFL's

Sorry I'm going to use two six hundreds and was just taking advice from above and seeing what Cfls would be best to put on the sides

well depends what stage you are in, you might want to start a little veg room where you can just use blue 6500k cfl's then transfer to your mj to your hps, then add a few red 2700k cfl's around the sides, with cfl's try to get them as close to your ladys as possible, within 2-3 inches, use the sides of the cfl's as they give off more light, do not worrie too much about heat from the cfl's as they do not have much, there is tons and tons of info on cfl's, they are all i use, easy to get hold of, cheap to run, not many issues, just remember to not go too high with watts, genrally stick to between 20-30 watts and as many lumen as possible, do not bother with the ones the size of your head they are a waste of time, do you have sufficient cooling for 2 600w? would it not be easyer for you to get 1 1000w and get a reflector with adjustable wings?, just tryin to save you money.
