How many liters of Hidroton for each pot?

Hello fellas!

I have working with coco peat by years but I want to try new grow systems. So I want to start with a homemade Ebb and flow.

I think that the best grow medium is the Hydroton. How many liters for each pot? I need to know these variable in order to buy the buckets

Some use net pots say 5" so only a handful per.Some just use panda film over braces and stick plant in collars so no need for clay.
The less you use the better,so hard to clean and deal with.

really? I have collars for my cloner, and I have buckets. It´s possible to do an Ebb and flow system without hydroton?
only with a bucket, a lid and a collar? sound very well!

Remember you gotta completely support the plant from above since she'll have nothing to really grab onto.
