Trying to use my Oasis caliber self drip system has option for 10 days a hundred and twenty 20 de 60ml 30 de 40 ml and 40 day 30ml wondering which setting would be best

I think it would depend a lot on plant/container size, medium, humidity, and air flow.

That system looks like it's for watering houseplants. The most you can feed per day is 120ml?

It will vary through the cycle. For example I have noted that plants drastically speed up in drink somewhere around week 2 or 3 of 12/12. Then somewhere around day 50 - 52 they suddenly and drastically slow down.
Large plants drink more than small ones. Strains with lots of leaf will drink more unless defoliated. Many factors. Auto watering should best be left to coco for this reason as coco is way more forgiving than soil when it comes to over watering.
