How many Mothers/Clones will i need? Perpetual Growth SOG ??'s

How many Mothers/Clones will i need for my Setup?

Its going to be a perpetual growth sog setup. The flowering room will be 5'x5' with a 1000watt hps. Ill be using 8 week flowering strains and the goal is to take a harvest once every two weeks. So ill need to fill a 2.5'x2.5' space with clones every 2 weeks for sog. How many Mothers/Clones will i need for this? Also how much root space do plants need when flowered directly from clone? and what kind of yield is typical when put under a 1000watt hps directly from clone, 1/2 ounce? 1 ounce?

Oh yeah and I have 4 mothers. One of my moms is three years and she alone can do many clones, and she is usually ready in just a few months.

Since my strain is 8 week flowering, i guess ill do 4 "trays" in the flowering room, 1 tray in veg, and one big cloner at least. Do i need mothers or could i just take clones from the tray in veg/flowering room? If i veg each tray under a small MH for approximatly two weeks beforing flowering under the 1000hps how much root space will they need? How much will plants typically yield given these conditions?
