I believe I used to flood my table 3x a day... I didn't do Ebb&Flow long before I switched it out to DWC.. but I think I had the timer set to go either 3-4 times a day for 15 minutes.

do you mean oscillating fans or exhaust?

I leave my fans on all the time to move air.. I also have to leave my exhaust on all the time or smell gets noticeable fairly quickly.. I don't know that you need to leave either on all the time.. I know some guys that use co2 time their exhaust.. but I am not sure on that - sorry.

i'm with cowell on this one, 3-4 times per 24 hr period depending on media used: less if pure rockwool or coir, more if str8 vermiculite or hydroton... there is no real reason to turn the fans off unless you're really counting the watts used (which you shouldn't be if you're growing indoors) or you don't have enough plugs for your grow (which does happen in cabinet/tent grows)... you could flood more often if you have a timer which allows for shorter cycles (digitals seem to allow this and are more flexible as far as time increments)... you may also think about getting some more supplemental light or another 400 hid to cover your space a bit more effectively/ boost yields but if that's all you got, you should be able to produce well... the temps listed are within what many people consider to be good for mmj grows, but you may need to watch the humidity when you are in the final stages of flowering (bud rot is a mother, as is botrytis)... other than that, it looks good man... have fun! and take notes on everything, you never know what info may be important in the long run...
