got a 4x8 ebb and flow system i feed once at night when they wake should i flood once more before they sleep??

What's your medium? I'd feed them at least twice a day.

definitely agree with DeeTee. Just watch for nurtrient burn and its best to flood once every two weeks from my belief and research.

Flood them once when the lights come on and once before they go off.
