No, the leaves might not yellow at all , depending on how your finishing her up nutes wise. If you are flushing the plant then yes, you should def see some yellowing as the plant eats up its reserves. If you have continued to feed her as normal, theres a very good chance she wont yellow at all.
Basically you want to see all white pistils turn orange and recede back towards the buds. you also should have a 30-60x jewelers loupe so you can view the trichomes on the calyxes of the plant.
Normally when a plants trics are majority cloudy with some amber throughout, the plants are ready. Some allow their plants to go longer for more amber as that apparently gives more of a couch lock high.
