How many will it take?

I have a close friend that has gone through the medical hell and now is having seizures on top of internal post hiserectomy sergery and is going down hill fast. what will it take in plant count to make her a steady supply of oil? Neither of us can afford a 6k watt grow but I got to do what I can to help her. Neither of us can make the drive to Colorado to get it so we are forced to do what we have to do for our health. With what I am working on I will use a 8 tube fluorescent for the momma and clones, popping seeds about 3 weeks apart and having 2 flower rooms set up with a 600 hps in each one on a flip circuit so when one is on the other is off. I know 600w isn't great but it's all I can risk on electric spike, mind you I am on a fixed income and can't afford to go to big, stealth is key were I'm at, smell isn't a issue due to multiple filters inline and ona in the last air box. So main question is how much plant matter does it take to help treat someone with oil? Also is there I preferd strain that is better than others for this situation? Any and all advice is welcome but keep in mind we can't move to a Mmj state so it's gota be low key. If anyone wants to donate some info it would be well apreciated

How big are your rooms? How far away do you keep your lights? What medium do are you using? How and what are feeding them? Cant really help with such vague information.

Sorry about that, planning on using 600w hps in the 2 flower rooms, app 6x8 x 7 ft tall, the veg room is a bit shorter at 5ft x 24 ft long and planning on using ho fluorescents in there 2 sets of 8 bulb 4 ft long. The hps will be air cooled, all rooms are sealed and fresh air intake for the lights, I'm running organic mg, and mix in a 1/3 perlight and 1/4 heat treated compost, light will be as low as possible without burning the plants. As for nutrients, it will be the old stand by cattle pile juice, had a lot of outdoor success with it as a gorilla grower, had to ground cover a 8 ft tree last season on this mix and did well over 3lbs, as for indoor this will be all new to me so I have been studying harder for this than I did in college. It's a half side of a large loft if that helps with the layout, 2 flower rooms in the center, nursery on one side and all air and electrical on the other lower side. Just got the decking up so far but looks like it will work well and keep the heat sig low due to the way the air goes back to the base level and circulates, I know it will be a cold weather only grow area due to heat up there in the summer unless I find a big ac, or pump out a crazy amount of heat from up there. Both are doable and I'm in a rural area closest neibor is 1/4 mile to the north, all walls and floor will be flat white. I have no plan on ever selling a drop or a bud, this is strictly for my freind and I's heath as medicen.

I'm in a rural non Mmj state so nutrients I can't get local will red flag the post office so gotta stay in the main flow of gardeners here. Might look bad to get potting soil in the mail every day for a week.
