How much am i going to shoot my electric bill up...

Alright so i still live with my parents are there cool with me growin my own buds as long as i share. So i found a really nice sunlight 1000w hps system on craigslist for 50 bucks. Originally i was just going to go with a 450w or somthing but this is just a steal... well anyways how far up do you think its going to shoot my electric bill up? and would this light be alright for vegging and flowering.

Yeah but if you go over a certain amount they charge more. With his family living there it will happen easily. I would say count on 100-150 a month. But, it's worth it for the amount of bud you will get.

would you suggest that i use cfls for the vegging state to cut down on electricity.... and when i go flower use the hps?

Look for the amount per kilowatt hour on your electric bill and then multiply by 12(hours on per day,maybe 1 and then by 30(days in a month),thats your answer

No way. Fluorscents if you have to. It's not really that big of deal. Your still saving way more money than if you bought it.
