Well a CO2 generator that runs on propane or natural gas may be more suited to a large area.
A controller that runs the generator to maintain target PPM during the lights on cycle will be required to do it right.
A CO2 generator will make heat so you will need some cooling to handle that.
If you use CO2 in cylinders you will probably be changing the daily.
Also if you are venting constantly for cooling you can't use CO2. This only works in a sealed room with AC and dehumidification.
