Naw they're not drooping at all. I guess i'll cut back on the watering. You should water it only when it wants water, a three week old plant in a 5 gallon bucket is asking for overwatering problems IOW a bad idea and watering it every 2 days is very likely way to much. Are your leaves drooping?
I have been using my leaves as an indicator as to when I should water. At 1st it was when they were drooping. But after staring at these beauties 3 and 4 times a day for the past 4 months I can tell before they start to do a bunch of heaving drooping. You should water it only when it wants water, a three week old plant in a 5 gallon bucket is asking for overwatering problems IOW a bad idea and watering it every 2 days is very likely way to much. this causes undo stress you should not allow them to get to the point of droopingI have been using my leaves as an indicator as to when I should water. At 1st it was when they were drooping. Thanks for the heads up.this causes undo stress you should not allow them to get to the point of drooping
I'll do that, after i buy some more soil, i've heard bad things about the soil i'm using now, thanks allI was just gonna say...I wouldn't have a plant that young in a 5gal......put it in a 1gal. for about two weeks or so....when you see roots coming out the drainage holes in the 1gal...then transplant to the 5gal.....much easier to water when the roots are actually sucking up the water....If not...your soil is gonna be soggy for a while till the roots actually fill the pot....just my opinion on the subject......good luck
