I wonder how much does it cost to buy and/or to grow weed in the different countries and match the results with other factors, such as distance from the most known drug production poles in the world (maroc, pakistan, turkey, egypt and so on...).
This way it would be possible to aproximate a lot of interesting indicators: for instance determining whitch are the countries where it is more common to buy from big drug dealers such as mafias and where instead indoor, homemade growing is overwelming big dealers businesses.
Or also aproximate how distance from the production sources influences the final price...and so on.
This is an open thread, so if you have considerations of any kind feel free to add your opinions, proposals and considerations.
What i'd like to reach is to get a sort of "model" of the weed market and define its numerous parameters and variables in the most accurate way as possible.
Anyhow, participation is appreciated but not necessary, it would be enough to provide as much information as you want (the more, the best) like:
-Country, region and, if you feel safe enough, City you're talking about
-What is the most common form of high sold? (is it haschish? charas? indoor/outdoor weed? hydroponic, superpotent, triple A weed or just shitty weed grown by some heartless pusher or company?)
-Who, mostly, sells weed/hash? I don't want to know the name, just if it is usually an honest, innocent indoor grower, a friend, a big indoor grower, a huge indoor grower, a mafious pusher, a big criminal organization or so on...
-How is quality?
-How much does it cost to buy a gram (1/28 ounce)? how much for 30 (an ounce)? how much for 450-500 (a pound)? (please answer all this three, i want to know the variation in discount).
Please express these values all in the same unity of measurement.
As european, i'm used with euros and grams, but i'm trying to be understood by everyone so i will post using ounces and dollars
1 ounce = 28 grams (approx 30)
1 pound = 458 grams (approx 450)
1 gram = 1/28 ounce
and
1 euro = 1,3 dollars

I want to underline you should be the more general you can: i mean that no one wants to know that you are the only one in the city who gets particular prices as it would be useless.
I want to know the GENERAL, AVERAGE prices.
Having said this...here's the "plaza" where I live:
WHERE : ITALY, MILAN PROVINCE
WHAT : Most common form of high you can find is weed, yet you never know what the fuck you are buying because there are a lot of different choice.
You can find all-seed-natural marijuana as well as all-chemical-shit marijuana, whitch are the most common.
If you search something better you can seldom find some good, hydro or indoor shit but it is ALWAYS sold by indoor, private and small growers...but you must have the luck of knowing someone who does it: you'll NEVER find it on streets.
Moroccan hash is also quite common between first-time smokers, but the low quality and the presence of anything but hashish in the moroccan hash makes it a LAST CHOICE (i prefer not to smoke instead of fill my lungs with that shit).
WHO: Mafia and big dealing "companies" bring moroccan hash from moroc, add gum, wax, motor oil and other shit and give it to immigrants.
Normal and/or shitty weed is sold usually by all-alone but yet big dealers, while the GOOD one is only found if you know a local, honest grower and is a lot "unstable" (today there is, tomorrow who knows?)
HOW MUCH: GOOD WEED: 13-17 $ a gram, 290-330 $ an ounce, 3800 - 4300 $ a pound.
NATURAL-FULL-OF-SEED-WEED: 9-13 $ a gram, 250-270 $ an ounce, 1500 - 1900 $ a pound.
HASHIT :Costs exactly Half of the good weed.
COST OF GROWING INDOOR: (exluding all the instumentation whitch costs about the same everywhere) You spend 60 euros (80 $) to keep up a 20/4 hours 400W HPS and a 4/20 heating fan a month.
That's it, and i repeat feel free to add whatever it would help to get a better Idea of the weed market in the world.
