How much growth during flush?

My plants are in week 9 of flowering. I'm about to start flushing at the beginning of week 10 for 2 weeks. Are the buds supposed to grow dramatically during this flush time because they seem to be a lot denser and smaller than I imagined. And is 2 weeks enough for flush or longer?

You will find that there is not much growth at all during the flush, most of the growing during the flowering period is done in weeks 1/2/3 then it get's more stable in growing has more of the plants matabalisam goes into produceing the buds.but i find that the first 3 week of flowering is when they shoot up.

well i'm talking about the bud growth, not the plant itself. will the buds get bigger during the flush? Is there a way of telling when i should start flushing?

The last weeks of flowering the buds do not grow much at all but they firm or harden up. As for when to start flushing, I only flush the last week and have had no problems. The curing is the important thing and I have read that flushing really is not important at all and you are losing nutrients for the plants when you are flushing. I don’t know but I just stick with what has worked well for me in the past. I just flush the last week and that is usually when I first notice the trichomes turning amber.

there is no more growth after the 6th to 7th week for indicas, start flush after that, close to a month at least. Flush with molasses for shorter flush time. Use a dark period to mature trichromes
