How much is a cap full of foxfarms nutrients?

I know this is kind of a dumb question, but I'm switching to flowering tonight. I've been using a cap full for each gallon with the foxfarm grow nutrients, but the bloom nutes are quite different in their recommended formula.

Thus my question is, how much is a cap full? ml, table spoon, tea spoon, whatever, it's 12:10 at night and I have no method of accurate measurement. Thanks all!

dont you have a kitchen measuring cup set, pour that liquid in there maybe, not sure dude...or measuring cup maybe?

ahaha i know, you'd think. but alas I haven't been able to find any. I guess that'd explain my burning. I'd put 1 capfull per 3 liter bottle. thanks guys, also if anyone wants to pipe in with any conversions or something exact please do.
