How much light is too much light?

Obviously ideally I couldn't see my hand infront of my face in the flower room. However, outdoors it rarely ever gets that dark. Theres always a moon and other natural lights. I've never been somewhere outdoors so dark that I couldn't get a general feel for what was around me.

So, that raises the question, is a little bit of light (say, that what shines through a tarp) going to be detrimental to my flowering room? If so, why?

indoor your plants are under different stresses, and they are easier to hermie. a full moon is as much light as an outdoor plant should get.
