How much light needed to make seeds?

I would like to put a male and female in a small closet space to produce a couple hundred seeds.
My question is twofold. A) What is the minimum watts for a compact fluorescent or LED to produce a couple hundred seeds? B) Do I put the Male & Female into the 12/12 area at the same time?

Some believe that seeded weed is better then not. Seeded weed does have more THC compounds then those that don't have seeds.

I would guess they feel that they get more desirable effects by their opinion.

I'm neither here nor there on that opinion.
