Purchase a scope of some sort ... something like below will be good enough. Check the color of your trichomes and harvest when they are the color that will give you the most of what you like the best, while still remaining within genetic limits of course.

That is the ONLY way to know for sure. No one here can look at a picture and offer more than a rough guess reply, and you really do want to do better than a rough guess for when to harvest, don't you?

I concur with everything BrickTop said...But my rough-guess reply, going by the pic and knowing it's ONLY 7.5 weeks, I would give it another week-10 days, at least. If you don't have a scope yet, (I didn't for years) wait until the hairs are atleast 80% red or deep orange (not pinkish, like they look in the pic), and receded.
Your plants look very healthy, happy and loved.
