How much nutes do i add to seeds

Come again. are they seedlings or seeds? how big are they, how old are they, also what r they in?

Well there seeds i think i kill my seeding.the are two week old and i gave the 4000 in stead of 400 and ther all diffent colors and not moving. Ive added nutes be for (an) it didnt kill them? But just wait till leaves stard to fall or change color or wait for 4 sets of leaves?
