How much smell is there in making butter & ISO hash ???

Im trying to salvage a grow I had to discard a couple weeks before it was ready instead of taking my chances that while the dogs & cops were raiding my apartment they wouldn't hit my apartment. So I have been wanting to make some butter for a long time, & others have also suggested I do some ISO hash. But with my landlord looming, & the cops still roaming, just what kind of smell am I looking at in doing either one of these methods because Im not looking at violating my life tail.

cooking butter makes a lot of smell. A LOT

iso does not.

My whole house smelled like cooking spinach while making butter.

to not have the smell when making oil put all the contents inside a sealed mason jar and set inside an pot of water when cooking.. no smell till you open the lid that is...

ISO will smell. Make sure you evaporate all of the ISO, then use the hash to make edibles (this will not stink). Use Everclear 190-proof grain alcohol in place of the ISO. If you use ISO, get the 99%.
