How much sugar trim can 1litre of ISO cope with?

Hi as per title really, I have a 1 litre bottle but Might have too much trim and might need more?

After filling the extraction jar 3/4 full of trim, I add alcohol until it is about an inch over the trim. A litre bottle does around 1.3 to 1.5 litres of trim by that method
