Depending on pot size and type of soil you are growing . But generally when they are seedlings you dont have to saturate the medium. Just moisten the area around them As they continue to get bigger you will increase your water. Tour lights should be on a 18-6 cycle that's 18hrs on and 6 hrs off. If you dont have a time I highly recommend you get one for hardware store.. nothing to crazy usually about $10. What kind of frown area are you growing in? Hope this info helps. Also welcome to RIU!
