how often should i burp curing jars?

humidity right now is 58-60 percent when they have been closed overnight they are 1/2 gallon jars with 62 percent boveda packs should I start burping every couple days? when should I slow it down and burp only once a week? also what is my target humidity in the jar for curing duration?

every day for the first week after that once or twice a week

if it is at 58-60% steady then stop burping your jars yesterday... once you stabilize at 62% with the packs in the jars you're fine.
your target for your jars is 62% since you got boveda packs for that lol .
it is quite simple, set it and forget it pretty well after the first 7-10 days.
the packs will last around 3-4 months so if you're planning on long term storage then you need to check up on em every 3 months *once everything is stable*.
if this is your first harvest i would definitely recommend saving at least 14g(depending on how big your harvest was, i would go more but if its a small crop then it'll be much harder lol) and cure that till your next harvest is ready to smoke so you can have a little variety and compare first run to second.

yea buddy like was stated you are ready to go.... I normally try not to burp It is all about drying them out perfectly and knowing when to jar... generally I hang dry then jar. check after 24 hr and if wet dump out for a few hrs if still good I close em up fo a week then if still good I close m up for another after that they get opened once a month

I dry on the branch until the bud snaps off, and then once in a LARGE jar ( you do not want to compact the bud), I burp everyday until I get zero. Pour a few buds out, and check. Probably, or maybe a couple of more day's in a qt jar, still opening once a day for awhile, and she will burn a nice joint, mon. Peace out

Yea I dried on one of those quick cure/dry racks for 6 days 4 would've probably been better as I think the buds are a bit overdried but still solid next time im gonna try the 60g packs
