How old were you when you first smoked?

There was a thread I started on Overgrow many years ago with this same subject. I was surprised that the average age of people smoking was 13. Please vote even if you don't comment.

Anyways, so how old were you when you first smoked? (I'm talking weed here, not cigarettes)

For me, I was 13 and one Friday night a friend and walked to this little rasta shop to buy a pack of cigarettes and the rasta offered us if we wanted 'something nice to smoke'. I said no, but my buddy Graham said "yeah, she wants, she wants". So he gave a joint.

We walked up to the top of this hill and sat in the middle of the road and smoked it. We were hooked, the next day we went back and bought another one, and every weekend after that for many years we went and smoked up.

16 for me at my mates house

I took my first hit off a J when I was 5.

well the first time i smoked i was bout 15 but growing up the rents always smoked so contact buzz at age 4 months??? who knows all i know is its been around me all my life and that will be a fact till i die

I know people that started at ridiculous ages like 7 and 9, and they all seem to be retarded lol, Im not saying youre retarded though

when I was a teenager me and a couple of my friends smoked out my friends7 year old brother, I think we ruined him for life

I was 14 and it was luv at first buzz, lol.

I was 12, stole it from my pops. I really didnt strated smoking alot till 14. but wow that 12 years now of hard core pot smoking. No cigs ever

I was 12 and smoked with some dickhead, I sparked him on a dime of haze, I was blasted ended up taking a bus 3 houres away from my house, I smoked at 3 wasnt sober enough to figure out I needed to call help until 9 and I was still ripped, I don't know how it dosnt make sence looking back on it, but it was crazy and I hated it I was by then smoking cigerettes for about a year, and stoped smoking them and drinking sugar and eating candy all because of weed, than when I was 14 I was like fuck it I need to try this shit again man but with cool people, and it was cool and the rest is history.
the fact that the person I smoked with was an absolute dickhead crackhead didnt help, he told me that if he smaked me hard enough I would be sober so I was like shit slap me man, he slaped me for like 15 minutes acording to him, I didnt rememeber anything

smoked my first joint at 8 i came across my bros stash he had hidden in a vhs cover with some pappers i rolled the shitest joint ever when down stairs used the stove to lite it up got pretty blazed i guess hell i dont remember ive smoke to much since then im fucken retarded

off topic but did everyone here get hoigh there first try? I smoked like 8 times before the time I mentioned above happen.
