Rained yesterday lightly and periodically from about 3 pm till the night.
Today its a nice sunny day. good mid 80 degree weather. Nice shine of the sun

How long will it take the mushrooms to grow from the cow pies?

you need rain, temperature/sun aren't as big a factor as water.
