How state marijuana legalization has led to corruption

I read that. It makes mention of those stupid Community Hosting Agreements that Taxachusetts employs. Most municipalities would welcome a new business and the increased business it can bring. Taxachusetts charges for it. With my limited knowledge I believe Oklahoma is doing the best job as regards using capitalism to conduct a cannabis industry in a state. The rest are socialist.
