What % THC is most reg? You know, bag weed, dirt weed, brick weed?

I realize some is better than others but on average what % of THC have you been told?

Here is the reason it matters.

I am thinking about growing a strain that is CBD 8.81% THC 6.77%. It's about a 1:1 ratio.

Will this get me as high say as brick weed assuming the brick weed was the same 6.77% THC?

I want to get some CBD but I love being baked too. Does the CBD cancel out the THC?

not all Mexican bud is dirtweed.we get some every now and then that looks shitty but gets you fucked up.
Dude. I lived in Texas for decades ( just moved) and Brick weed always kept me wasted. I haven't really ever smoked much of anything else. That's why the question.

I'm just starting to grow and I see all these 15-25% THC strains and wonder just how damn strong that is in real life. I don't need weed that strong if it's going to screw me up to where I'm not functional.

I'm a huge advocate for MMJ. I've seen what it can do first hand so it only makes sense if I'm going to get baked, let me get some good CBD in me at the same time.

Because I am happy with Mexican brick weed as far as THC content, if the CBD doesn't negate the effects then I'm good to go on that strain. I don't want to grow anything that won;t get me high but if I can grow some weed that has some meds in it too, then, I'm all about it.

Am I making sense?

No cbd doesn't negate thc's effects, and I too once lived on shwagg weed and when I finally started growing back in 2002, my views of "good weed" changed forever.

First of all, don't buy the Fox news bull jazz about medical grade weed being some scary bad drug. Instead of having to smoke a whole joint of crap weed to catch a buzz, you'll only need two hits of some 15%+ thc weed. Yes, if you sit a try to smoke good weed like it was shwagg then you're going to get way too baked, so moderation is key.

I think for your needs some of the cbd strains or 1 to 1 ratio strains are going to be the best thing. Some less potent strains I know off hand are big bud from any breeder; orange bud, fraisin dew from dutch passion's, almost any purple strain.

Just stay away from the og kush, jack herer, hash plants if you don't want really high thc ratio.

1 to 1 ratio thc to cbd will pretty much kill the buzz. Not all of it but a lot. The cbd strains from seed are not real stable and you will not get that exact ratio every time. I would grow out several to up the chance that you get one that will not get you very high. I grew out CBD Crew Nordle plant and it had a mild high to it that lasted a long time. Ratio on that is anyone's guess.

Been forever since I had dirtweed but it varies widely. Some of it has to be around 20% thc so yeah, you can get wasted off it.

No Faux News in my house. I still want to get just as high, I just want MORE CBD in the weed that I do take in.

I want to make sure if I grow a high CBD strain that I get just as high off the same amount of that CBD weed, as the same amount of Mexican dirt weed.

It doesn't negate the THC completely. I enjoy a CBD buzz in a 50/50 plant. It might surprise you. Way more heady than I expected. Anyway you could just smoke high THC stuff during the day and consume the CBD in the evening a few hours before bed if it helps you but doesn't get you mentally where you need to be during the day.

I found it pretty stimulating, clear headed and mood lifting. CBD Nordle from Dinafem/CBD Crew?

Cool. I hear ya. Nordle. I'm on it.

The one I was particularly interested in was Juanita la lagrimosa. :) It looks like an upbeat Sativa with it's queen mother lineage and it's nearly 1:1. It might make for an uplifting wake and bake smoke.

If it wasn't quite enough THC, I could always make a blend.

I'm all about the CBD though. I only vape and even at the lower concentrations of CBD that I get in bag weed, I can see an improvement in my overall health. It wasn't until I got on the vape did I see the CBD merits and now I'm a huge fan. CBD is a close 2nd to the best thing about weed. Higher concentrations are good.

I wouldn't run bag seed again. I would only buy good indoor proven genetics. I'm growing bag seed now only because I didn't know and after 3 months of it, I'm about to chop them and replace them with proven more stable plants if I was going to grow bud.

Mine are amazingly healthy just takes forever to flower and grow flowers. I have better usage for my 3 square feet.

Dont get caught up in that bullshit THC number. THC % has very little to do with how good the bud is, it is just a bullshit number that makes newbies throw money at it.

No doubt. I would run them outside most likely. I also have about 20 different strains I bought. I just kinda miss thise long flowering sativa.

1 of the most potent n tasty plants I ever smoked was from brick seed. Grown outdoors, dried n cured properly.

take a shot of 80 proof vodka.. now, go take a shot of 100 proof next.. does the 100 proof really get you that much more drunk faster than the "weaker" 80?
stoned is stoned, a few % points either way aren't going to make a huge difference, plus thc % is not the end all, be all, deciding factor when it comes to cannabis potency...

Oh really....you see I have no idea. I'm a seasoned smoker but just brick weed. I really have no idea what an OG kush would be like.

I vape 10th of a gram at a time of brick weed and it's screws me up BIG time. I'm afraid if I got anything higher than schwag I would have to cut it with parsely :)

I do have some leaves though from this first grow and they don't do much of anything. I don't want to grow something that won't get me high or grow a high CBD strain that would counter the effects of the THC.
