How tall should they be?

I planted these 5 weeks ago after I germinated them and I'm a bit concerned because I feel as though after 5 weeks they should be much taller than this.

Kinda looks like they are stretching for the light.... What light you running in how big of a tent and how far from the plants is it?

10x5 tent with a 550 hlg led light and a 315w cmh light. The lights are about 2 and a half feet above the plants

You are running both those lights for those little plants? Just the 315 at about 12-18'' should be fine.

They should be bigger for 5 weeks.

These pictures were taken at exactly 5 weeks from seed. They had been transplanted twice. Grown under a 315cmh.

What are you growing in? I feel like your lights are probably to far away. Under/overwatering?

Agreed. Lights probably too far and Ive been slacking on watering, gotta get more focused I guess
