I would have liked to see more of a micro grow is the max size. One 30x140 greenhouse max. The old MMAR had it right when there was a minimum of tax and regulatory interference. Do a small flat rate tax on sale. The grower already pays tax many ways. Do encourage innovation and let there be one thing in business that is not controlled by big money/ big business model. It is Waay better for the economy.

There are so many better ways to roll out any kinda of new market...be it Cannabis or otherwise...
What happened here during the process.... was a government(cons) doing what it could to mess up the medical patients...market.... since the cons
knew they would lose to (Justin-the-nick-of-time-legalization) in spite, of the good advice they were receiving at the on set from the cannabis culture.
Anything the Cons had on the table at that time, that actually made any sense was instantly discarded by the liberals when they took over ....and the old boy's network...(politicians and top cops etc those who think they have influence)
dug in its heels and expected to take its due.... of this new market of vice....just like the whiskey soaked old boy's of yester years....
So,so so... blinded by greed and by process of cutting off access to everyone else ...they were, that they did not even notice that the culture's collective "back" was up, from being left out of the whole process....(short of a few growers)...
Still those dollar signs obstructed their ability to see what was coming down the road ...straight at them.... now they are where they deserve to be...
on the losing end of multi million dollar write downs and loses ...
Even teenagers with a pound on a front from a buddy can turn a profit.....
these guys make me laugh
