They look good? I started them at the same time so why is one so much larger then the other?

Could 2 different strains. Are these bagseeds? What type of lighting steup are you using? What are you using as a reflector on surrounding walls of your grow area?

There both bagseed (same bag) I got a 42w and 26w CFL on each plant. 3 Lights have reflectors on them and theres tinfoil in open gaps where light escapes.
