How to get rice out of a bong ??

Hi all,

Sorry the question is a bit off subject, but i had no idear where to post it..

i have a glass 8 tree arm perc bong but have ran out of iso alcohol and my bong needed a good clean.

I used a bit of washing up liquid, water, and rice then gave my bong a shake until all the gunk was gone and my bong was crystal clear.
I got all of the rice out of the bong but one bit got caught between a perc arm and the side of the bong... and now its very much stuck !!

I used salt and a bit of water to try and dislodge the rice with no luck, i poured gallons of boiling water through the bong, tried more rice to get it out and nothing seemed to move it.... at this point i was scratching at the glass and in desperation i used white spirit and epsom salts to try and move it but again nothing.

does anyone have any idears how i can get this piece of rice out ? , its impossible to pick it out and im out of idears.

Maybe soak it in the hot ass water( boil it) until it softens then try to blow it out? If you can go 2 or 3 days with out it vinegar might dissolve it enough to unlodge it ( once it's cooked soft).
Next time just use kosher or sea instead of rice

Lol. Can you show a pic of where it’s lodged at all?

*Actually, it’s rice. Put boiling water back in it and let it sit til the rice has softened. If it doesn’t completely soften after first go keep doing it til it does.

i made this mistake and never could get it out. its inside the tree arms, all of them and several grains. i took it as a loss and bought a new one. i still have that bong but to this day there is rice in it lol, for a couple years now lmao

Soak in vinager..
It may soften the rice up a bit.
