How to Lower Tolerance (HELP!)

Hey there. I'm getting another bag in a few days and it's been about 5 or 6 days since I last smoked. I want the next trip to be really good so I want my tolerance to it lowered but the only thing I know to do is just wait and not smoke (which I obviously can't, lol)

Are there things that I can do to help lower myself? Thanks!

take a detox and drink alot of water. also dont smoke the same strain over and over again. I have 5 ounces of difference stuff so I smoke sativa in the day and indica at night.

I gradually decreased my tolerance by smoking less bud over a long period of time (took about a month for it to truly pay off.)

so either quit for so many days or slowly smoke less and less.

yea dude, the only way you'll lower/reset your tolerance is to not smoke. theres not a better way than that. i know on the first page someone mentioned adding in a OTC pill, i havent tried that specific one, but sometimes i'll take stuff before i toke. if i take muscle relaxers before toking i get a better high, or nyquil works too, but it makes you super drowsy...but definitely take a break from smoking, 2 weeks is usually a pretty good amount of time. and like others have said, switch up your strains as often as you can :)
 
well for me i seem to get higher if i dont eat that day befor i start smoking but when i do eat i seem to not be as bakeddd see if that helps
