Can someone please give me a GOOD link on how to lst. I know that your supposed to tie down and stuff but I want to get everything right so I don't screw up my grow. Thanks!

its really REALLY simple, just tie it down so that the growth from the side of the plant become like the new plant, its like a clone.. only still attached to the plant and growing in the same pot.. im pretty high so bare with me...
just bend it over and tie it down, then wait another 2 nodes or something and tie it down again. keep going till you have had enough fun and then flower the lucky girl and reap the benefits

just check around these forums you'll find some stuff. look at grow journals, you'll see some strings.
its easy.
hers what i do:
step one,
screw in some circle hooks, cup hooks, or anything that can hold a string on it, onto the side of your pot in various locations,
step two,tie the first string to the base of the plant so that when you pull on it with the next srtings, it wont break apart the soil and damage the roots,
tie the other end to a cup hook, and make it tight but dont pull the base of the stem in the soil.
step three
go up farther (assuming your plant is 3-5 nodes high,) at the 3rd true node.
bend the plant over gently, in small increments, almost to 90 degrees.
tie the string to the plant first, then pull it down and tie it to the cuphook.
then keep tying the branches down as they catch up the main shoot. sometimes i cut the fan leaf off that is pointing straight up , as it will cover the bottom foliage.
they will bend towards the light within 24 hours, if they dont you've been too rough with them..(which is pretty hard to do)
