Such an open question.would you consider a dwc raft bubble cloner,or old school starter plug and humididome?
If goin old school get a heating blanket,kiddie pool,and a T5 fixture big enough to spread light over pool.You may have to layer regular blankets over heat blanket to maintain plug temps 72-75*F and a clear painters tarp for humidome.
