How to not goo

ive done a few great runs of honeycomb but the past 2 times its turned to a brown goo....idk if it's the power 5x or not letting it purge off enough after I blast I'm not sure...but I blast with my plate at 100 then let it bubble off for 10 15 mins scrape then put in vac chamber...then start purging at full vac on 130....like I said I've has successfully finished a few times but idk y the past few have been doing this goo and not turning into wax... Any help would be greatly appreciated

Was it warm out side then cold
