I have been reading conflicting things on how to plant the seeds once they sprout...some say with the roots and sprouts up, some say down, then some say pointy side up,

does it really matter and if so whats the correct way?

Thanks

In all freshly germinated seeds You always always always want the white root pointing downward that's the beginning of the whole root structure. Sometimes after the seeds germinate every now and then one of the seeds tap root will have a curve just make sure the root points downward and gravity will do the rest of the work.

We wouldnt want the leaves to be growing in the soil and the roots in the air do we? LOL

Point them downward bro and you'll be in good shape. I'm pretty sure if you did it reverse the plant would find a way to right itself.

ive read that planting them with the root facint up or to the side will produce a stronger seedling. because the seedling has to fight harder to break the surface...
I would point it down or lay it on its side.
