I can do the thread thing...how do you post message. I was notified of 3 trophies....it said post message to receive. Maybe I'm thick or too stoned. Thanks for any enlightenment!

Trophies only show up once you've completed a task, no need to do anything else. Once you've received enough likes more forum features unlock like being able to "like" others posts etc. Good luck, have fun.
