How To Prepare CoCo Coir?

This will be my first in coco grow any advice about this coco coir?
I'm thinking about soaking it overnight in 5.5 ph water then flush with 5.8 or so!
Do you start your seeds in the coco or in rock wool cubes?
You feed every other watering let'em dry out till lightweight just like dirt?

yes, soak flush whatever you need, precharge it with some nutes
no do not start your seeds in it it will only cause problems.

good choice mate, just soak it and use.........i feed mine every other day until they ask for more...you can start in coco....i usually pot them then water well with a weak nute solution...fantastic stuff
