Hi, Ganja ...
What you want to do is to cut the plant way back, taking all the top growth and buds off. Leave a little green at the bottom of the plant. Think of how roses are cut back in the winter. Return your lights back to 18/6. Flush the plants really well with plain water until clear water is running out the bottom of the pots. Convert back to vegging nutrients. The new growth will look really twisted and weird for the first few weeks, but will soon grow out of this phase and start to look normal again. Veg to the required height, take cuttings and then turn the lights back to 12/12 and flower all over again.
Hope this helps you out. Good luck.
