I wasn't sure which thread to post this under but i need expert advice on this! My 2 plants are around 3 months old and both under a foot tall. I'm pretty sure i stunted their growth by overwatering them. I stopped when I realised what i was doing and left them alone for nature to take over.
They still doing good,, just look like micro grows . I'm just looking for any advice to get them to grow taller or thicker if either is possible.! Thanks Guys !

There’s a supplement called Recharge which has a ton of really good stuff in it that works wonders, my plants grew like 6 inches really quick. Also, Superthrive and other kelp supplements act like growth hormone. Recharge is definitely the best non npk additive I’ve ever used, but if you put em in 5-7gallons of decent soil and get 450-550 watts of light on them and give them any additional nutrients they need you’d be golden. Less is more with fertilizer and wait till the top two inches of soil are dry or the pots feel light in between waterings and you’ll be one happy camper. Cheers

Over watering for an extended period generally results in root rot. You may wanna grab some southern ag garden friendly fungicide. Other than that the best course of action is letting the soil dry properly between watering.

There is no "recovering". A stressed plant will never be as good as it would have been without the stress but you can try the above advice to get the most of it.

I concur with the previous comments. In my experience, runt/stunted plants typically don't all of a sudden turn into beasts.

probably if they are still in veg do the above and keep them in veg until they start growing better, before you flip the lights.

I just saw some info on amino acids and how they facilitate the uptake of calcium and it’s really profound. Apparently plants use calcium to make pectins that are the glue In between cell walls. Amino acids could mean thicker and bigger stems and everything else. Recharge has aminos so it’s probably worth it and could work for you. I hope they blow up on you brother.

Recharge is an absolute must have. I use it with another fulvic acid every 2 weeks from start to finish.
