Only exhaust when its too warm, time your CO2 to dose right before lights come on, nice n heavy, n then just let it pulse a bit thru the day.

Buy a CAP Air-3 controller. It's an analog system controller that will turn off your exhaust fan when desired temperature is reached and turn on your co2 system whatever that may be. This is going to be your cheapest route to get the job done.
The controller has a photosensor so co2 will only turn on during daylight hours. The controller will control temperature and humidity.
As for co2 you need to have a tank with regulator and a dispersing tube.
