I drove a clone from California to Texas, 24 hours driving, and it made it just fine.If they're in a rockwool starter cube, just water the cube until it is soaking wet and protect it from the wind on your drive home. When you get it home, mist the leaves for a day or two and you should be fine and you DON'T need a humidity dome. BTW, when the clones are at home, let the rockwool dry out until its damp and when you water them again, don't let them get soaking wet again. You might get algae.
Just a follow up- I harvested that clone I drove from Cali the other dayI drove a clone from California to Texas, 24 hours driving, and it made it just fine.
Had it in the cup holder, in two red solo cups. One cup with holes on the bottom, clone was in a puck. I kept the bottom cup filled with water up to the holes in the top cup, so that the puck would stay wet. Stopped every few hours to check wetness, and refilled water as necessary.
