The4ekdon: I always go the other way; hydro to dirt. That's how I start my vegetable garden every year. Going from dirt to hydro is messy and it could create a lot of problems like plant diseases and pests we try to avoid in hydro.

First you'd need to give it a good bath to get any dirt, diseased materials and pests off. By the time you do, the resulting plant shock might be such that it won't be worth it. That's probably why you haven't had any takers on your post here.

If you do get it through the delousing process and into a hydro set up of some kind, you're going to have to give it a serious dose of vitamin B-1 for transplant shock.

I've seen it done, but not very successfully. You might want to leave it in dirt and be wiser for the experience next time. HSA

The4ekdon: you might want to get a copy of Cervantes's, "MARIJUANA HORTICULTURE," and digest it. It'll save you a lot of heart aches. HSA
