some of the leaves on my plant are looking a bit unhealthy so i got some biobizz alg-a-mic to try and sort them out. heres a picture of one of the leaves

I'm growing in soil and have been using biogrow and biobloom. im at 4 weeks flowering and the pH is between 6.5 and 7. I just want to know the ideal amount of alg-a-mic to use and whether to just mix in with water or spray onto the leaves? thanks for taking the time to have a look.
