HOW TO USE FOX FARM TRIO

Hi guys! Im new to this forum and growing. Recently I bought the Fox Farm Trio and was wondering how to use it. Last week I germinated a seed in a solo cup. Any advice for my grow would come in handy! How often should I water my plant. One of my friends told me the schedule is feed, feed, water. But how am I supposed to water 3x+ a week. My guess is the soil would never get dry? Please help! Im confused!!

Water when the cup soil is mostly dry (the cup will be light, like when you filled it with dry potting soil)

What kind of dirt are you using? Most good organic dirts dont need any nutrients until flower.

Thanks for the response! Will definitely give it a try! Im doing 50 coco 50 soil!

i am using 70% FF Ocean Forest and 30% perlite would you suggest putting of feeding any nutes?

the amout of watering differs from plant to plant theres not really a set amountor how often i just stick my finger in the soil and if it is dry about 2 -3 inches down i water.Thats the way i see alot of people do it especially new growers.On the feeding im just kinda going off the foxfarm schedule but im cutting the measurments in half even sometimes less cause alot of people say the recommended amounts are sometimes overkill. You can always add a little more nutes if needed but you cant really take them out thats just my method.

so would you apply half the strength once a week or twice? Do you give plain water in between or just nutes? Thanks!

personally i do max 2 feeding with nutes a week and see how that does and go from there and yea i just do distilled water between feedings to kind like flush it through a little but yea no problem. Happy Growing:leaf:
