how to use hermie?

hi there,
I would like to ask if there is any use for hermie, without fear of making my other plants "pregnant". Top 5 shoots of that hermie plant are female buds, but all other branches are male balls. I havent started vegg. stage yet. If I'll do so, is that stuff gonna be any good? and do I have to keep it away from other plants. Or, is it better to cut and root the top. Are all the shoots which will grow out of it also female if I won't include any other male bits on cutting?

You know sex but you haven't started veg state...:cofused: Anyway I'm not sure what you're saying but I know if you get a Hermie and you don't want to get seeds you can just go buy a scalpel and sanitize it then slice off the pollen sacs (carefully of course). Then throw the pollen sacs out (nowhere near your grow op).

yep, it show sex and it is still on 24/7 lights.I've been told it does happen sometimes. the thing is, I've just got 2 plants and I dont want to loose one of them, if there is slight chance to get something out of it. And also I dont want to switch to 12/12 yet because the other plant is not quite ready. I know it sounds bizzare but that hermie is male flowering like crazy. Any ideas about making cutting out of it?

and what do you mean by sanitizing it? except cutting pollens off?
