How would you arrange my water chiller and air cooler?

I want to add a chiller and air cooler to a DWC in a sealed 25 sq. ft. grow box (refrigerator). Currently I'm using a 120GPH submersible pump and water flow distributor for a drip system to the DWC as shown in the diagram below.

I'm constructing a Peltier cooler that obviously must be outside the box to keep the heat down. I also have a 12 Pipe Aluminum Heat Exchanger Radiator for PC's that I want to use for air cooling inside the box. I am using a 12V 30A power supply for the 15A Peltier. In addition have a 12V 5A pump arriving soon and an additional 12V 6A Peltier if needed.

I am seeking advice on the options for running the water lines. I have no idea if the 110 submersible pump and Peltier are strong enough to be able to use one pump and Peltier for the entire system.

I have several options.

I can run the water right through the DWC wall to the water block then to the air radiator then back using the 110 submersed pump or a separate pump outside of the box. My concern here is sealing the water line properly; air and water temps can only be controlled through water flow restrictions; and whether the pump & Peltier be strong enough.

I can run the water lines above the DWC tank water line between the submerged pump and then back through the radiator and then through the drip lines. that eliminates a little worry about leaks but addes more bends and might restrict the flow a little bit more than the first option.

I can run the water through the top of the DWC to the water block cooler then to the radiator then to the drip flow.

Of course I can separate the radiator entirely from the water cooler with a separate Peltier cooling device.

Any thoughts or ideas would be great.
