the plant is 2 weeks old, It hasn't had any nutes, Im not giving it any for 2 more weeks as I'm gunna see if the composted soil can feed it up untill then. It's not had very much water, the leaves looked a little dry, So I gave it a bit of water to see if it makes a difference. Can you tell me if the plant looks ok for it's age? Thank you.

No the soil drains fine, I took the picture just after watering, So that's why it looks like that. I've added another light to help growth as it was growing really quickly the other day, I'm guessing its just focusing on building its roots?

yeah your guessing right some times they pause on upward growth to focus on root growth then u get an increase of growth again.look good and healthy

Phew.. I was hoping so, I didn't want to mess around with it because its stopped growing incase it was focusing on the roots. I will just leave it Like I have done and hope to see it growing some more in a couple of days.

45w 6400k blue spectrum and a 45w 2700k red spectrum. I know red spectrum is meant for flowering. But someone told me it would be ok to mix them?

no its ok .. actualy its fine ... 90W is good for a small seedling ..

and sure the 2700K (red/yellow) is more usefull in flowering .. like the 5000-6500K that have most blue spectrum is most usefull in veg ..

how ever .. plants use all kind of light all grow .. and the more the better .. specialy useing CLFs .. so your doing fine and the advice you got is solidt ..

keep em boath with in 10 inch`s of the plant .. when plants get a bit bigger keep em closer .. maybe 4 inch`s

and maybe make a kind of hood with some maylor or sumthing similar .. for relexion .. or you will kind a loose half the light ..

schould I advice you to get more .. I would say one more 2700K for flowering ..
to cover a bigger plant and for more light for the buds as they love light .. but still keep the 6500K aswell .. all 3 side by side .. then you have .. well ok light .. enough to actualy grow some smokeble buds .. maybe even ½-1 oz if you dont mess up to mouch along the way ..

you schould also look in to topping/FIM and LST training .. trick with CLFs as the light penetration is the real down side of em .. is to keep the plants low .. 1-2 feet .. and with a even canorpy .. make em in to a wide bush insted of a high thin plant who only get enough light at the very top ..

A problem i had that slowed my plants growth was soil compaction, when i changed to a light seedling mix the plants took off. Your soil looks like heavy top soil and like it was meant for outdoors because there are weeds growing in it. Maybe you should change it into a seedling mix. Your plants roots will grow better with a light soil mix.

They are quite small for their age, and at this point you really only have a few things to blame. Light (looks like you have plenty), soil compaction, and soils holding too much water from the soil compaction. Doesn't look like there's too much perlite in your mix.
