HPS or CFL for Flower?

Ok, so I have a 430w Son Agro HPS (enhanced spectrum lighting) and 3 5000K-5500K CFLs in my closet now with 4 of my girls. A friend is giving me his armoire grow box with a bunch of CFLs in it and 4 stunted plants from good bag seed. The grow box can't handle HID lighting due to overheating. I want to use either the closet with the 430w Son Agro as the flowering room and the armoire with the CFLs for veg or the Son Agro HPS for veg and the CFLs for flowering. Which is going to give me the best bud and/or the best yield?

best results would be a combinated of HPS and MH with a slight emphasis on the hps for flowering. The MH will make your buds denser and also give you more trichomes.
